Alexandre Birman, from Brazil, grew up in a family of shoemakers. From the age of 6, he followed his father to his shoe factory and designed his first model at only 12 years old. At 19, he decided to launch his shoe brand called "Schutz" thanks to the financial investment of his father, rather than joining the family business. Alexander spent the first decade of his life establishing Schutz as a real empire and decided to merge his brand with the family business Arezzo. He then launched its eponymous brand dedicated to women's shoes in 2008. The feminine and glamorous lines seduced the biggest stars and became essential in the American market. Alexandre Birman has become the largest brand of luxury shoes in Brazil with a growing global visibility.
