How to place an order?
4 steps: 1/ Consult our catalog, then click on an item to display its product page.
2/ Check the product information, select your size and click on the add button at the bottom right.
3/ Go to your shopping bag using the icon at the top right, check the content and click on "checkout" button.
4/ Enter your identity and address, select your transportation method, fill in your payment information and click on on "checkout" button.
Is it possible to order without creating a Biondini account?
You can place an order as a guest.
What means of transport are available?
Our orders are shipped by DHL with home delivery by a courier.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery times are from 2 to 4 working days in France, in most European countries. Delivery times are between 3 and 8 working days in other countries.
Which payment methods are available on Biondini Paris website?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and by PayPal.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Yes, we accept returns up to 14 days after your order’s confirmation.
How to return an order?
You must follow the 3 following steps:
1/ Signify your return in ‘my orders’ section of your customer account or by email.
2/ Organize the collect with DHL courier service via the following link:
Fill in your AWB DHL number and follow the guidelines on the screen to schedule your pick up by courier.
3/ Place the items you wish to return inside the shipping box with their original packaging. Sign the return invoice and place it with the return slip on the outside of the package. Leave the package open to allow the courier to check the contents.
