Return Policy


Returns are free.

Returned shoes and / or accessories must be intact, in their original packaging and boxes and inside a package to be accepted. If a security tag is attached to the product, it must not be detached for the return to be validated and refunded.

You have fifteen days to decide if you want to keep your order.

You have to request for a return no later than fifteen days after receipt of your order so that we can guarantee the refund of your order.

Once you received confirmation from Biondini you have 7 days to send your package.

After this period of 22 days we have the right to decline returns.

If you decide to return your order, a collection service by courier is available to you free of charge.

Please not that we can only collect returns for free from your delivery address. If you want to make a return from another address, it is possible that you face extra fees. We do not recommend to use this method but encourage you to use free returns we provide.

Terms of Returns

You will have to follow the 4 following steps:

1/ Signify your return in the ‘my orders’ section of your customer account or by email.

2/ We provide you the return label you'll have to stick on your box

3/ Schedule your pick up by courier following the link:

Fill in your WAYBILL (without spaces) number that you can find below the barcode on your DHL return label and follow the instructions on the screen to schedule your pick up by courier.

4/ Place the items you want to return in the shipping box with their original packaging. Sign the return invoice and place it with the return slip on the outside of the package. Leave the package open to allow the courier to check the contents.


After verification and acceptance of the returned items, we will refund your order.

The refund will be made via the same payment method that you used when placing your order. The total amount of your order will be returned to you, without the delivery charges.

You will be informed of the receipt, validation and refund of your order by email, in your customer area or on the website of the transport provider.

Refunds are done on the used payment method. No instore refunds. 


For the moment, we are not able to make exchanges. We do accept returns but you'll have to place another order to have the product you wanted.
